Som jag nämnt tidigare har min lilla (stora) Fis väldiga problem med eksem på händerna. Han har provat det mesta, och sover oftast med bomullshandskar efter att ha smörjt in med feta specialkrämer från Apoteket. De är torra, kliar, blir såriga, spricker och så får han blåsor och det är ett rent helvete (speciellt för mig som oftast får diska ;) ). Så när jag började läsa mer om alla läskiga ämnen i produkter vi använder varje dag tänkte jag att vi skulle ändra på saker och ting här hemma. Så jag beställde en hög med nya burkar och flaskor åt honom för att se om det blev någon skillnad, han är inte lika pigg som jag på att försöka använda så lite produkter som möjligt och därför är det svårt att skydda honom helt från läskigheter. Än så länge är det ju lite tidigt att säga om det hjälpt, men jag tänkte i alla fall dela med mig av vad han har börjat använda!
Schampoo
Innan: Oftast Sunsilk eller Fructis
Nu: Sante Schampoo Brilliant Jojoba
Ingredienser: Aqua, Lauryl Glucoside, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Parfum, Polyglyceryl-6, Dicaprate, Calendula Officinalis, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Silk, Citrus Dulcis, Simmondsia Chinensis, Glyceryl Laurate, Glucose Glutamate, Glycerin, Passiflora Edulis, Mangifera Indica, Maltodextrin, Phytic Acid, Citric Acid, Limonene, Linalool.
Fisens omdöme: "Jag tycker det är bra, känns lite torrt ibland liksom, när man har sköljt ut det, samma sak med tvålen... Men det är bra :)."
Mitt omdöme: Jag är inte superlycklig över ALS:en, men det är i alla fall bättre än SLS. SKa leta upp ett schampoo med färre ingredienser.
Tvål (kroppen)
Innan: Family duschcreme
Nu: Mango Butter & Cranberry Soap
Ingredienser: grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, mango seed butter, cranberry fruit extract.
Fisens omdöme: Se schampookommentaren.
Mitt omdöme: Jag använder den med, och är hittills nöjd. Den luktar väldigt gott, och seriöst! Kolla in innehållsförteckningen!!! Den är lite dyr dock, 99:- för 150 g.
Tvål (ansiktet)
Innan: Dels vanlig flytande handtvål, men också någon ansiktsgel med aloe vera i. Minns inte märket.
Nu: Pain dalep Laurier
Ingredienser: Sodium oleate, sodium linoleate, sodium palmitate, sodium laurate, aqua.
Fisens omdöme: Se schampookommentaren.
Mitt omdöme: Den verkar mycket dryg, vilket är bra, och den är snygg haha. Men hittills tycker jag inte att den gjort några underverk direkt. Har hört mycket bra om olivtvål (denna har 20 % lagerbladsolja och 72 % olivolja) men jag vet inte jag... Den svider som fan om man råkar få i ögonen!
Vax
Innan: Dax Vax (blå)
Nu: Sante hårvax
Ingredienser: Cocos Nucifera, Lanolin, Cera Flava, Simmondsia Chinensis, Behenyl Alcohol, Sesamum Indicum*, Parfum, Lecithin, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopherol, Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides Citrate, Coumarin.
Fisens omdöme: Två tummar upp!
Mitt omdöme: Tja, hans hår ser mjukare ut och är mindre kladdigt nu och det gillar ju jag! Sedan är innehållsförteckningen ganska fin.
Hudkräm (ansikte och händer)
Innan: Nivea eller Atrix
Nu: Avocadosmör
Ingredienser: Avocadosmör
Fisens omdöme: "Jag tycker att den är kanon."
Mitt omdöme: Har bara fått det lite på fötterna när han masserat mig lite efter att ha smörjt in sig själv, och jägarns vad halt det blir! Bambi på hal is-varning. Jag är mycket glad över att han givit upp Nivean, som ju luktar extremt mycket (men gott) och faktiskt riktigt svider när man är torr. Jag tror inte att den är så lämplig mot eksem. I vintras när jag var torr i pannan smetade jag på lite och fy bubblan vad det brände! Jag blev alldeles röd så ingen mer Nivea för mig eller Fisen.
Handkräm (allmänt bruk)
Innan: Nivea och Atrix och vad som helst som finns tillgängligt.
Nu: Badger Healing Balm
Ingredienser: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Natural Beeswax, Castor Oil, Aloe Vera, Essential Oil of Sweet Birch.
Fisens omdöme: Lite svårapplicerad p.g.a. burkens storlek, men den är också kanon.
Mitt omdöme: Den luktar Jenka, det är lite roligt. En sak jag inte gillar med den är att burken är helt sjukt liten, men innehållsförteckningen är så fin och kort!
Övrigt
- Jag har köpt Silica, tabletter som ska stärka hud, naglar och hår, men vi är dåliga på att komma ihåg att ta dem.
- Jag försöker få honom att smörja in med rapsolja innan han lägger sig på kvällen, men jag tror att det går lite så där.
- Efter att ha läst om hur bra dekokter på linfrön är (ska drickas) har jag köpt en påse, men vi har ännu inte kokat ihop en liten brygd.
